  • The item I bought from Future Club - Studio shows signs of use, stains and/or tears, is this normal?

    Future Club - Studio is a reality that deals with clothing items that are often decades old. We do our best to include any signs of wear in the photographs visible on the product screen, but it is not excluded that someone may have missed them. In our opinion, these signs of aging are an added value that testifies to the history of the pieces that make up our selection.

  • I have received a different item from the one I ordered, what should I do?

    First of all we apologize for the inconvenience, then we kindly ask you to contact us at info@futureshopclub.com where we will reply as soon as possible and try to resolve the situation as soon as possible.

  • Where can I check the tracking of my shipment?

    As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with all the information relating to your shipment. If this does not happen, we ask you to contact us at info@futureshopclub.com, indicating your details and order number.

  • The item I bought fits differently than I expected, what should I do?

    Since these are vintage garments, the size indicated on the label does not always correspond to the actual wearability. For this reason we include the measurements of each item offered for sale on Future Club - Studio. The size with which we describe each garment sold is based on the aforementioned measurements and not on what is indicated on the garment.

  • How does payment by bank transfer work?

    Payment by bank transfer is still widely used and for this reason we wanted to include it among the payment methods. Once the order has been completed by bank transfer, on the website you will see the data to be used to pay for the goods ordered. This will be booked for the following 3 working days, time within which we will have to receive the payment in question.

  • Is it possible to visit your studio?

    The Studio can only be visited by appointment, if you are interested in this experience write to us at info@futureshopclub.com.
